Tai Chi is a form of martial art that uses slow, smooth body movements to achieve a state of relaxation of both body and mind.
Originally developed as a martial art in 13th-century China, Tai Chi is today practised around the world as a health-promoting exercise. There are many health benefits of Tai Chi and studies have shown that it can help people to reduce stress, improve balance and increase muscle strength in the legs.
